Mobile App

SalonERP has a mobile app (available for iOS and Android) that lets you manage your salon on the go.

What Can I Do with the Mobile App?

The app has 5 main tabs:

MoreInventory, waitlist, recurring appointments, reporting, settings and notification preferences

Logging In

  1. Open the app.
  2. Enter your email address and password (the same as on desktop).
  3. Tap Log In.

The app remembers your session via a secure token (valid for 30 days). You don't need to log in every time.

Push Notifications

The app sends push notifications for important events:

  • New booking
  • Cancelled appointment
  • Low stock
  • Client review

Configuring Notifications

  1. Go to More > Notification Preferences.
  2. Enable or disable the desired notifications.

Offline Mode

The app also works without an internet connection. Previously loaded data remains available. Once you are online again, the data is automatically updated.

Tips for Mobile Use

  • Tap an appointment in the calendar to see details or edit it.
  • Swipe on notifications to dismiss them or respond to them.
  • The app automatically adapts to your phone screen.
