Getting Started
Welcome to Lumi Salon ERP. This system helps you manage your hair or beauty salon: appointments, clients, point of sale, inventory and reporting — all in one place.
Logging In
- Open the web application in your browser (or the mobile app).
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log In.
Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password" on the login screen. You will receive a reset link by email.
Navigation
After logging in you will see the sidebar on the left with the following sections:

| POS | Point of Sale — check out products and services |

| Settings | Account management, SMTP, integrations, features |
On mobile, open the navigation via the menu icon in the top right.
Roles
There are two user roles:
- Admin — full access including settings, reporting and account management.
- Staff — access to bookings, clients and the POS. No access to settings or financial reports.
Recommended First Steps
- Go to Settings and fill in your business details (name, address, logo).
- Configure your SMTP settings so that automatic emails work.
- Add your staff members under Settings > Accounts.
- Create your services under Inventory > Services.
- Set your opening hours under Settings > Calendar.
- Share the online booking link with your clients.
Setting the Language
Go to Settings > General and choose your preferred language. Available languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish.
