Getting Started

Welcome to Lumi Salon ERP. This system helps you manage your hair or beauty salon: appointments, clients, point of sale, inventory and reporting — all in one place.

Logging In

  1. Open the web application in your browser (or the mobile app).
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Log In.

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password" on the login screen. You will receive a reset link by email.

After logging in you will see the sidebar on the left with the following sections:

On mobile, open the navigation via the menu icon in the top right.

Roles

There are two user roles:

  • Admin — full access including settings, reporting and account management.
  • Staff — access to bookings, clients and the POS. No access to settings or financial reports.
  1. Go to Settings and fill in your business details (name, address, logo).
  2. Configure your SMTP settings so that automatic emails work.
  3. Add your staff members under Settings > Accounts.
  4. Create your services under Inventory > Services.
  5. Set your opening hours under Settings > Calendar.
  6. Share the online booking link with your clients.

Setting the Language

Go to Settings > General and choose your preferred language. Available languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish.
