Staff

Manage staff members, their working hours and time-off requests.

Staff Members

Under Settings > Accounts you can add new staff members. Each staff member gets a personal login with the role staff or admin.

Working Hours (Schedule)

Set the standard working hours per staff member under Settings > Schedule. These hours determine when a staff member is available for bookings.

Time Off

Register time off (holidays, sick leave) under Settings > Time Off. During time-off periods the staff member is not bookable.

Services per Staff Member

Not all staff members need to offer all services. Under Settings > Staff Services you can specify which services each staff member performs.

Personal Agenda

If personal agenda mode is enabled in settings, staff members only see their own appointments in the calendar. Admins always see all appointments.
