Online Bookings
Clients can book appointments online via a public booking page, without needing a login to your admin environment.
Sharing the Booking Link
Go to Settings > Online Bookings to find the public booking link. Share this link on your website, social media or in emails.
Booking Wizard
The booking page guides clients through 5 steps:
- Choose a service
- Choose a staff member (optional, if enabled)
- Choose a date and time
- Enter contact details
- Confirmation
Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Booking mode | direct — confirmed immediately; request — must be approved by admin |
| Who can book | all — anyone; existing — existing clients with login only |
| Show prices | Whether prices are shown on the booking page |
| Show duration | Whether service duration is shown |
| Staff choice | Whether clients can choose a staff member |
| Min lead time | Minimum hours before a booking can be made |
| Max advance days | How many days in advance clients can book |
Request Mode
When booking mode is set to request, new bookings get the status provisional. The admin receives an email with Accept and Decline links. The client is notified of the decision.
Client Login
When the "existing clients only" setting is active, clients must first log in before they can book. Clients can log in with:
- Email and password
- Magic link (passwordless, link sent by email)
