Point of Sale (POS)

The POS module lets you process payments for services and products quickly.

Processing a Sale​

  1. Select a client (required before checkout).
  2. Add services and/or products to the order.
  3. Apply a discount code or gift card if applicable.
  4. Choose a payment method: cash, card or online.
  5. Click Complete.

The client receives an automatic receipt by email (if enabled).

Favourites​

Frequently used services and products can be pinned as favourites at the top of the POS screen. Each staff member has their own set of favourites.

Gift Cards​

Gift cards can be sold via the POS. Enter the desired amount and the system automatically creates a gift card that can be emailed to the recipient.

Loyalty Points​

If the loyalty programme is enabled, clients earn points for each purchase. Points can be redeemed at the POS.

Order History​

View all previous POS orders under the Orders tab. Click on an order to see the details or reprint the receipt.
