Bookings
Manage all appointments via the bookings section. You can switch between a calendar view and a list view.
Calendar View
The calendar shows all appointments per day, week or month. Staff members are displayed as columns.
Creating an Appointment
- Click on a free time slot in the calendar.
- Select a client (required).
- Choose a service.
- Confirm the staff member and time.
- Add any notes if needed.
- Click Save.
Editing an Appointment
Click on an existing appointment to open the edit modal. You can change the status, time, service or notes.
Appointment Statuses

scheduled | Confirmed appointment |
provisional | Awaiting approval (booking request mode) |
completed | Finished appointment |
cancelled | Cancelled appointment |
no-show | Client did not show up |
Recurring Appointments
For clients who return regularly, you can set up a recurring pattern. Go to the appointment detail and choose Set as recurring.
No-Show Handling
When a client does not show up, set the status to no-show. The system can automatically send a payment request if no-show fees are enabled.
